Bob did a wonderful job getting the new pool pump installed. We were under a time crunch and he really came thru for us. Thank you!!

Jose, Jeff, and Mitch are great! They are very knowledgeable, and helpful. And so encouraging in giving me the confidence to maintain my pool. I'm happy to have found them!!!

If i could give 0 or negative stars i would. Their main issue is they assume their customers have basic knowledge of pool care, which they shouldn’t assume because they are supposed to be the professionals right?!! First we paid for pool school $150 and the guy teaching it didn’t know anything about salt water pool which is what we have, the owner did come out and teach us the salt water care but said it was the same amount of chemicals (hard to believe). We were getting our pool cleaned by them at this time. Even though their technician showed up without us ever booking an appointment. 3 times they said they would reach out to book and 3 times i was out of town getting a voicemail at 8am saying someone was coming that day! Then we called and said we were getting a inspect cell low salt lights on our salt box and they suggested a salt cell inspection of $95 and all that produced was we have no salt in the pool WOW! You’d think the guy coming to do our pool would have realized that but NO because he didn’t know anything about salt pools and we just paid $95 for someone to not even look at what was wrong with the cell box. Then they said you need 8 bags of salt, brought them all charged me. Only put 4 in, then came back put 2. Now i have two bags of salt I’m not going to use and they WONT LET ME RETURN THEM. SO SCAMMY! they don’t even care though. Why would you bring me 8 but only say i needed 4. They take incredible advantage of new inexperienced pool owners. Shame on them. And the guy who answers the phone is rude as hell. I gave them so many chances so you don’t have to. Stay away.

Excellent and timely service. In-store and home service by employees is great. On-site tech Bob is prompt and notified me before arrival. New sale cell generator and and backflow valve installed and working great!

Bob was great! He figured out our pump issue quickly and was able to solve it on the spot!
